Information we collect

When you submit a buyer request, contact form, or supplier application, we collect the information you choose to provide, such as your name, business contact information, project ZIP code, project description, company capabilities, and optional files.

We also collect limited first-party technical and attribution data, such as the page visited, anonymous session identifier, referring page, campaign parameters, browser user agent, and submission status. Contact fields are stored separately from anonymous conversion events.

How we use information

We use submitted information to review the request, determine an appropriate next step, communicate with you, prepare a requested quote or review, administer supplier applications, protect the service, diagnose delivery failures, and measure whether the website is functioning.

Uploaded documents are stored in private server-controlled storage. They are not automatically sent to an AI model merely because they were uploaded.

Nova AI demonstration and assisted review

The public Nova AI demonstration uses fixed sample data in the visitor’s browser. It does not upload visitor documents, contact an AI provider, or create a project record.

If an admitted AI-assisted review environment is enabled and an authorized reviewer explicitly starts a review, selected project files and non-contact project context may be transmitted to vetted AI service providers, including Vercel AI Gateway or OpenAI. The application request disables provider-side response storage. Documents are not sent merely because they were uploaded.

AI output remains a draft evidence aid. It may be incomplete or incorrect and must be verified by a qualified person before buyer communication or any engineering, code, legal, pricing, lending, supplier, or commercial decision. Nova AI cannot independently approve findings, send buyer messages, change lead status, or approve suppliers.

Disclosure and service providers

We do not automatically broadcast buyer requests to an anonymous supplier network, and we do not sell submitted contact information as a lead list.

Information may be processed by NovaRise Steel LLC and vetted service providers that support hosting, private storage, email delivery, security, analytics, and authorized AI-assisted review. We may also disclose information when required to protect the service, comply with a valid legal obligation, or address fraud or misuse.

Project information may be shared with an approved and relevant project participant when that is necessary to respond to the request. We limit the information to the intended workflow and do not represent that supplier participation or a referral is guaranteed.

Retention and security

We retain information for operating, follow-up, recordkeeping, security, and dispute-resolution purposes, and remove or de-identify it when it is no longer reasonably needed. Retention periods can vary by record type and business obligation.

We use access controls, private storage, server-side credentials, validation, and audit-oriented controls. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and contact

You may decline optional fields and document uploads. You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of information associated with your submission, subject to records we must retain for legitimate operational or legal reasons.
